Include the app or game name in your subject line so we can help with the right product. You can email us directly from your preferred email app.

Reporting a problem

To help us understand and investigate the issue, please include:

The name of the app or game and its version, if known.
Your device model and operating system version. For a website, include your browser name.
What you were doing when the problem occurred, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Any error message and whether the problem happens every time or occasionally.
A screenshot or short recording, if it helps explain the issue.

Please leave out passwords, payment details, and other sensitive information. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending them.
