This Privacy Policy explains how Kitzil LLC ("Kitzil," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with our websites, apps, games, and related support services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Services").
Our data practices depend on the Service and features you use. Not every Service collects every category of information described below. Where a Service has additional privacy disclosures, those disclosures explain its specific practices and supplement this policy.
1. Current Practices and Future Features
Some of our apps and games operate entirely on your device without sending information to us. The current release of Kittyzilla Attacks! and Ordinae does not collect or transmit personal information and does not include accounts, analytics, advertising, or in-app purchases. Contacting us separately by email is subject to the support practices described below.
We plan to introduce analytics and other features in some Services to help us understand our customers and improve our products. The descriptions of these future features below do not mean they are currently active in every Service. Before introducing new collection or uses, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide any notices, permissions, or consent choices required by applicable law and platform rules.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide. If we offer account registration, surveys, feedback forms, or mailing lists in the future, we may collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, preferences, and survey responses. Optional questions will be identified as such.
Website and technical information. When you access an online Service, the servers and hosting providers that deliver it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and operating system, requested pages, access times, and error logs to deliver and secure the Service.
Usage and analytics information. If analytics are introduced in a Service, the information collected may include app version, device type, operating system, language, approximate region derived from an IP address, session duration, features used, gameplay events, and diagnostic or crash information. Analytics may use a device, installation, or account identifier to distinguish visits or measure returning users. The relevant disclosure will explain which information is collected and whether it is associated with an account.
We will identify any additional information needed for new features at the time of collection. Please do not send sensitive personal information in support messages unless it is necessary to address your request.
3. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to provide and maintain the Services, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, protect against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where analytics or customer research are offered, we may use the information to understand which products and features people use, measure engagement and retention, identify common customer preferences, improve game balance and usability, and guide future product development. We may summarize these findings in aggregate reports. Information associated with an identifier is not necessarily anonymous.
If you sign up for product news or marketing communications, we may use your contact information to send those communications, subject to applicable consent requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the instructions in the message.
4. Analytics, Cookies, and Your Choices
We may introduce our own analytics tools or use service providers to help measure use and performance of the Services. Depending on the implementation, these tools may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, or similar technologies.
Before enabling analytics in a Service, we will explain the applicable data practices, identify the providers used, and describe the available controls in this policy or a linked Service-specific notice. Where consent is required for optional analytics or storage technologies, we will request it before those technologies operate and provide a way to withdraw it.
You can manage cookies through your browser and permissions through your device settings. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. A browser cookie setting may not control analytics within a mobile app; any applicable app controls will be described in that Service. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How We Share Information
Service providers. We may share information with providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, customer support, and, where introduced, analytics. We limit such sharing to the purposes described in this policy and require appropriate protections for the information.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate abuse, or protect the safety of others.
Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy protections and notice requirements.
We may also share information at your direction or with your consent. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Services, resolving support inquiries, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, the Service, and the purpose of processing. When analytics are introduced, the relevant disclosure will describe the applicable retention period or criteria.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Third-Party Platforms
App stores, payment platforms, and external websites may process information independently under their own privacy policies. For example, downloading or updating an app through Apple's App Store is subject to Apple's App Store privacy notice. This policy does not govern those independent practices.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction, without any legally required parental consent. A game that does not collect personal information remains subject to that no-collection practice regardless of the player's age.
Before introducing data collection in a Service directed to children, we will provide appropriate disclosures and implement any required parental consent and privacy protections. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without required consent, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; or withdraw consent. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To submit a request, contact us at the address below and identify the Service involved. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If a Service does not send personal information to us, we may have no associated records to access or delete.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our Services and practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. An update to this policy does not, by itself, authorize a new use of information previously collected under different commitments.
